For online purchase, we accept (MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, and Visa) payment through Paypal only. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please email us at preet@preetcollections.com.
Return Policy
Due to limited and unique colors, designs, and collections we DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final. We will be happy to answer any of your questions and concerns prior to your purchase.
We stand by the quality of our products and are proud of our service. Please note, most of our jewelry is handmade and set with natural gem stones which give each piece its own unique character. Sometimes these characteristic are mistaken for imperfections; they are distinguishing characteristics of the product and are not considered to be defects. Please note that the color on the screen can be slightly different from the actual product. This could be possibly due to the color settings of your computer and the lighting in the picture. If there is a flaw with the workmanship (we don't expect any) we will gladly repair it for you without cost (except the shipping cost from you to us). Our products are inspected carefully prior for sale for quality assurance. If you have any questions regarding a product, please feel free to contact us; we will gladly assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Shipping Information
Shipping
US Orders: Products are shipped via Priority Mail. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are complimentary for all orders above $50 within US. Please allow 2-3 business days for all orders to be shipped within US.
Non-US Orders (includes Canada): Products are shipped by Global Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail Express. There will be extra charge for expedite shipping for products requiring shipment within 1 or 2 business days.
There is a 10% surcharge for mailing outside of US and we will cover the excess charges.
Please allow 4 to 6 business days for orders shipped to Europe and approximately 5 to 7 business days for all Asian and Australian orders.
We offer expedite service for an extra fee through Paypal.
CUSTOM and VAT
You may be subject to import/custom fees and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Preetcollections.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
VAT is 17.5% and for UK and European orders, the Revenue and Customs department of your country will charge that and you will have to pay that directly to them via the postal department.
We are applying for VAT Registration but until then, you will be charged by your postal department. Orders mailed outside of US are subject to opening and inspection.

When you register online with Preet Collections we use the information you provide to process your order, to send you notification of our upcoming exhibition/shows, or exclusive emails with coupons.
